May 23rd - June 10th

Event sign-up schedule!

The Show of Strength is going to be a fun, 10 event strength competition. The events are designed to challenge different types of strength, power and endurance. Open to all men and women BP Wellness Center members. This challenge is not for the faint of heart! That is why we call it a “competition.” Details are listed below .

·        Members may participate in single events or all 10 events. As an added twist this year, 3 events will be Mystery Events and will not be revealed until the competition.

·        One to 2 events will be held daily over the course of 3 weeks. Different events each week, with a few days allowed for make-up in case an event was missed during the designated time.

·        Individual event winners will be awarded medals. A point system will be used for the top finishers (10 pts. for first, 9 for second, etc.)

·        Members wanting to compete for the overall championship can take their best 6 scores from the 10 events. One must compete in at least 6 events to be eligible for overall champion. Champions will be awarded based on points. Overall champions will be awarded medals.

·        It is planned to have a leader board and event photos posted daily in the BP Wellness Center and on this website.

·        All participants who participate in 2 or more events will receive a Show of Strength 2011 t-shirt.

·    Check out the event calendar and sign-up for your time to compete!
